 Dan always looks for ways to help others. Whether serving his country, community or even those in need around the world, he strives to make a positive impact. He served in the U.S. Navy Submarine Force for six years as a Nuclear Reactor Operator. He began his Real Estate career in 1984 at the age of 20 when he bought his first property followed by 2 others while still in the Navy.  He would then go on to get his real estate Brokers license and start BELL-KEY Properties, Inc (now Allied BELLKEY Realty), at the age of 28 specifically to manage properties of his own as well as clients that became close friends.  From that beginning he continued to grow the business into brokerage, development, appraisal, construction and repair services along with continued investments in Single and Multifamily properties, Self-Storage, office warehouse and build to suit special purpose properties. Dan also supports many local, national, and international charities and donates his time & resources to the community in many ways. He still manages to find time to do the things he enjoys including motorsports, international travel, and aviation. He maintains a loving relationship with his wife and adult Brazilian born children in support of their chosen vocations .
